「Staff was very friendly and helpful. We went without power for one night due to storms but that was not the hotels fault. There also was a ton of ants and spiders in the bathroom but as it is basically outside that came expected. If you are staying in the dome, be prepared to hear everything that is going on outside till at least 10 at night」

The internet was essentially unusable during my stay. For a hotel at this price level, reliable internet should be basic. I had work to do and could not connect. 「Beautiful authentically guatemalan property offering great views of the Volcanoes and Lake Atitlan. No direct access to the lake but quick drive or walk to the Pana docks where you can catch a ferry boat to the different villages. Very clean, attentive staff and amazing food! 」
