Nice, clean and comfortable

I had an air conditioned room which was to a high standard, clean and comfortable. The location is good for trips to Old Goa but is a long way from the beaches. Only downside to the hotel was the WiFi which is almost non-existent.

Hotel is very good. The staffs are very helpful. room is clean and neat. Location is very near to Immaculate church. Hotel condition is excellent. Many positive things not coming to mind right. I will 10/10 rating.

Try for somewhere else

Whilst centrally located and with some lovely views I think you'd be better served going to a different hotel. For only a little bit more you can stay across the park in a slightly smaller room with a worse view at Hotel Aroma were the hotel service and facilities are much better.

Budget hotel in Panaji

Stayed there for 5 nights this chirstmas with my family. The place is close to the city centers like bus stand,shopping areas . Decent place to stay with family, ambience is good, staff are friendly.

Viswanath (Mumbai)

A good place to stay but no car parking

The hotel is in the heart of Panaji, very close to river Mandovi. There are many excellent eating joints very close to the hotel and just within a 5 minutes walking distance. Taxi/bus/boat cruise is all within sight of the hotel. People are very honest and staff is good and nice to deal with. The hotel occupies the top two floors of a residential complex. The main draw back is that it does not have a car parking facility. So you have to find parking space on the street outside. This is a mistake of Expedia which misleads customers that the hotel has parking facility. But if you arrive by bus or train and have no worries about a car, then this is one of the better hotels to stay at a budget price, though during Christmas/New Year it was over priced by at least 4 to 5 times. Overall a good budget hotel where you can stay with your family.

bad service and attitude

right from addressing your customer to the payment of the last bill, everthing was forgetful. i was a very very bad experience , the hotel is no were what it looks on the website. it was like their are doing us a favour by providing hotel room as if for free., i think this should be enough... sleeping in your van itself would be a better idea.

Hotel is near to river & for Veg Kamath is near.

Not sufficient details are provided by Expedia Executive. Non AC was booked. Even after request the change in hotel was not given. Expedia is not satisfactory. Stay in hotel: ambience is not good. Non veg smell was filled in veranda. Breakfast and dinner is not good.

one of the hotel i ever seen in my life. if we just 100 yards away from this place, you can see very beautiful and comfortable hotels with the same budget. by looking to the photographs i made a mistake.

Hotel location is fine but greatest problem is mis-behaviour of staffs. Other than that wi-fi is also a great problem in the hotel.Room conditions are not upto the price mark.

Hospitality experienced with the staff starting from security to the in charge manager was bad; they don't know how to welcome the customers and are very rude! The room attenders showed better hospitality than the manager! Room condition is good, worth for the room rent paid.
