The condominium has a sliding glass door from the Living room that lead to a private balcony with awesome view of the beach and Gulf. Brand new king bed with a memory foam mattress in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, and two full baths. This unit features many recent upgrades, including new stainless-steel appliances, flat screen TVs, and upgraded bedding, and tile flooring throughout. Other features of this unit include a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed for guests to prepare home cooked meals. The dining room area has seating for 6 people. The living room has a TV and DVD player for guest's entertainment pleasure.
