→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Millerbnbs furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, and one paper towel roll. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. Two rolls of toilet paper are provided.

→ TOWELS - We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest, along with 1 hand towel for each bathroom and 1 kitchen towel per stay.

→ PARKING - One parking pass is included with your reservation and provides access to the resort's covered parking garage. If you'll be bringing additional vehicles, there is a nearby public paid parking lot available for your convenience. Please note that the resort only issues one parking pass per unit, and we are unable to provide extras.

→ VEHICLE SIZE – Please note that the resort is not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. All guest parking is located in the parking garage. Vehicles must have a maximum clearance of 6 ft. 11 in. and cannot exceed 19 ft. in length.

→ SECURITY DEPOSIT - After booking, guests will complete a quick pre-arrival agreement and a refundable $200 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit, nothing missing, or excessive cleaning required, the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.

→ BUSY SEASON – Please note that summer is the busiest time of year in Panama City Beach, and the city welcomes thousands of visitors during this season. Because of this, parking and elevators may take a little longer than usual, especially during peak check-in and check-out times. We want our guests to be aware of these expectations so they can plan accordingly. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and hope you have an amazing stay!
