This beautiful house is conveniently located near the beach, shops, and Rosemary. It’s just a short and easy bike ride away. I really enjoyed the rooftop area and hot tub. The place was clean and tastefully decorated, and it’s also close to the community pool. I highly recommend it.

Listing was accurate, main floor and rooftop even larger/nicer than the photos show. Crossing the highway was busier than expected, but the use of property provided bikes and LSV was helpful for that. Still some construction in the neighborhood, but only mildly dusty. We had to reach out to the property manager for a few things (hot tub breaker blew, pool was showing closed but wasn’t, and batteries dead in fans/lights) and they were quick to respond and resolve everything. New and spacious.

The unit itself was well maintained and beautiful, but the property manager, Melissa, ruined the experience. When we arrived, the front door was wide open. Melissa offered no help or solution. We didn’t feel safe and had to call the local police to walk through the house before entering. We also weren’t given a working code for the pool gate. She said she’d call the HOA and get back to us, but never did. Because of this, we couldn’t use the community pool. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
