The property and condo were exactly as pictured in the photos. A great view and if driving in access to the best restaurants and different areas are within 10-15 minutes. Condo was available early and all items as described. We did have an issue with the sliding glass door lock. I notified the property company who responded and offered for maintenance come out but being on the 12th floor we did not feel the need to complete repair during our stay. We would happily stay at this location again in the future.

Floors need cleaned with more than a swiffer, our feet were filthy after walking barefoot on the floors. Sad there was not a coffee pot for the coffee maker, only kcup side working. Kitchen came with most everything needed but could use a baking sheet. We enjoyed the convenient location and amenities.

Loved the condo an all the stuff that the resort offers the only thing I'd recommend is you guys to replace the master bedroom mattress it has permanent indentation in it an doesn't sleep well

Loved this room!

The room was much more than i hoped for! The listing agent was always quick responding if needed. Will definitely rent from Nautical properties again! The condominium itself was great EXCEPT the elevators. It ruined alot of our experiences. I know in our 5day stay i heard 40 people say they wouldn't be back just because of the elevators. There is only 3 sets for the entire resort. People were waiting with luggage for 1hr at times! The door would open and it would be full, over and over again. You would have to get on up or down if you could & ride The opposite direction just to ensure a spot on one, if u got lucky. They need more! I watched a 87 year old lady on a walker travel 13 flights of stairs UP, taking breaks on each ledge of the flight because they couldn't fit on any elevator from being too full. Thats absolutely ridiculous. There would be so many children and able-bodied people on the elevators with no luggage when they should've been the ones going up and down stairs (like we did many times). The resort needs to add more! Besides that it was a great location to things we enjoyed. Right next to ripleys, wonderworks, surf shops, restaurants, walmart and ice cream shops. Tons to do without even leaving the resort area. Will definitely be back next year.
