Easy Access to Beach

The condo is steps away from the beach down the boardwalk. The only problem was the rental chair company Vacayzen did not put the chairs in the right location (Pelican Circle West) as requested. I had to call them three times. The porch on the condo was the best for listening to the waves and having morning coffee.

Best location

We have visited this exact location one other time- it’s a hidden gem. The beach is so secluded compared to other areas along 30A. Just west are dunes, so it’s completely empty on the beach in that area. The property was perfect for a family of 4. The cleaners could have done a tad better of a job (there were areas on the kitchen cabinets that had food stains), and a little food on the kitchen floor, but otherwise was fine. It’s a 1 minute walk to the beach, and a beautiful walk. The grounds around 7 palms are wonderful. The balcony isn’t private…that’s the only downside of this rental in my opinion..,but I’ll take that because the beach location can’t be beat!

Best of both worlds

Perfect location. Easy check-in. The condo was clean. Amenities - (they thought of everything). I loved it was away from seaside/rosemary beach chaos. Having beach and lake access was the icing on the cake. Can't wait to come back here again!
