Nice condo and laid-back area

Carillon beach is one of my favorite places to stay in florida...the area is nice and clean....nice onsite restaurant and gift shop....very nice to walk around at sunset...just a overall nice place!!!

We have stayed in the neighborhood for years and always appreciate this time of year. Checking in was simple. The room was very well appointed. It wasn’t as clean as expected. There were no luggage carts which made loading and unloading for a 5-night stay problematic. Otherwise, great stay.

Great condo!

My wife and I stayed here on an impromptu trip to the beach for our anniversary. The condo is exactly as it is in the pictures. This was also one of the only ones with the bed on the balcony side which is great. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Carillon is a wonderful neighborhood and convenient to everywhere you would really want to be.

Cute and Comfortable

The property was exactly as pictured.I would stay here again and I was able to bring my pup, 2 humans and a pup fit comfortably. I liked the location.My only concerns were the beach and pool access and exit check. The building manager does an inspection of the unit once a guest checks out. Ours was done a day early, thankfully, I was in the unit at the time and no issues with dog running away. After a few emails back and forth I was able to get the access needed to enjoy the beach and all the pools on the property

Less than thrilled

The Inn was clean but old and in need of updates. The door to the unit was filthy but the inside was clean! The pool was further away than we would’ve preferred. But we only had to stay for two nights. Like I mentioned, the unit was cleaned and decorated tastefully!

Everything was great, except the sliding door was very difficult to close and the front room felt dark with the only window facing the elevators. We knew that going in, but realized we would prefer for the sitting area to be near windows instead of the sleeping area.

Cozy and very comfortable

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend for me and my husband. Location was central to a lot and our trip was great overall. It was a big plus that we were able to bring our 15 year-old chihuahua because boarding her isn’t an option. We will definitely rent again.

Loved this area. Short walk to beach access, through a gorgeous neighborhood. Can ride bikes there as well. Lots of shopping and restaurants located in the village. Loved the condo, beautiful view of lake, with lots of wildlife. Condo was very comfortable and decorated cute. Very peaceful!

Summer Getaway

This property is located near a swimming pool and a short walking distance to the beautiful beach/ocean. The resort itself was being remodeled so we didn’t get to experience what it will look like when fully renovated/remodeled. The unit was equipped with everything we would need for this vacation (i.e., ice cube trays, starter toiletries, a couple beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs). The bed was very comfortable which was huge for us! A good nights rest is key to a relaxing vacation!
