Sterling Breeze is our favorite property

This was our second stay at Sterling Breeze. The property is always clean, staff is friendly, the amenities are perfect. This is the only condo I plan to book for future visits to PCB.

Great place to stay

Condo is very nice with a beautiful view . Well equipped with everything we needed. It's big and spacious good comfortable beds. Very nice big balcony and elevators are fast especially being on the 21st floor . Will definitely stay here again .

Best vaca ever

Had a blast. Beautiful view and location. Place was really confortable and spacious. Just fair warning the people at the front desk told us we were good to rent a golf cart and after we rented it the security guy said there was none aloud. Kind of put us in a bind but other than that it was awesome.

The condo was lovely with plenty of room.however, the couch was very rundown and uncomfortable. It was in bad need of an update. The cookware/utensils were also in need of updating but overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the location

Beautiful condo on beautiful beach

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It’s a large space with three bedrooms and three baths that allowed our family of 5 to have true comfort while on vacation. The private balcony grill is unique to the building and very clean, allowing us to enjoy nice meals at home, overlooking the ocean. Winn-Dixie is very close and convenient. The pool area is nice, with the bar being a bonus. Staff was helpful. Elevator construction was annoying as we had to wait in lines to ride up to our unit, but only a temporary problem, along with road construction out front being noisy at times if the doors were open. Overall a great condo, great building, beautiful views, amazing beach, great location. Definitely recommend.

Overall the view and condo was great!! What they don't say upfront is that it cost $50 per parking pass/amenities fee!! The cost should be said upfront not when you go forward with the rental! You look for that kid and if info before hand!!

Perfect in Every Way!

I love the location of Sterling Breeze on the quieter end of the beach but near Pier Park, Buddy's Seafood and Thomas' Donuts. This condo is the perfect height on the 21st floor for viewing all of the ocean activity especially, early mornings. Very fast and reliable elevators and easy parking. Very clean and sufficient supplies/ dishes/ cookware. I always cook a couple of times during my stay and I had no problems doing so and really enjoy the patio grill. The chairs that come with the rental are such a plus!!! Very easy to reserve and kept up to date on all necessary information. Even received notice of early check in availability!! Was very pleased and would recommend to anyone whether single, couple or family. A home away from home!!

Wonderful unit on the 21st floor. Great location, nice and quiet in the evenings, as well as nice comfy beds and a kitchen with all the necessary items for creating your own meals or ordering in. Beach service that is included with the rental was great no lugging beach junk up and down the elevators!
