This ground-floor condo eliminates the need to step foot on an elevator! Relax on the beautiful white sands of Panama City Beach with your complimentary beach chair setup for two included with your stay! Two beach chairs and an umbrella provided by the beach services vendor are available at your request!

From March to October 2025, this property includes a season beach package with two beach chairs and one umbrella.

This is a ground-floor condo and although elevators are present in the building, you will not need them to access your condo.

LIVING AREA

The stylish sofa and loveseat in the living room provide ample seating for five with additional seating for nine more at the nearby dining table and breakfast bar. KITCHEN & DINING

Wake up late and craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen with ample granite counter space and brand-new stainless-steel kitchen appliances. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and a full suite of appliances you need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it's time to dine, six people can dine at the table and an additional three at the kitchen counter.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This condo sleeps 9 comfortably - 8 adults and 1 child due to bunk bed limitations.

This condo features two master bedrooms, both with a king-size bed, ample storage in the dresser and closet, large flat-screen TVs, and an ensuite master bathroom with double vanities. The first master bathroom features a standing shower perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. The second master bathroom features a standing shower and tub combo. Both master bedrooms have direct access to the spacious patio allowing guests to wake up and take a few steps to enjoy their morning coffee on the patio.

The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed, twin-over-full bunk bed and ample storage space in the oversized dresser and closet, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. This bedroom is connected to the third full bathroom featuring a standing shower.

CONDO AMENITIES

This condo features a full-size washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach. This ground-floor condo is mere steps from the parking lot, ensuring you are spending more time on the beach and less time waiting for elevators!

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, conditioning shampoo, and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES

Step out onto the spacious furnished patio and enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico right in front of you! The patio features multiple chairs and lounger with seating for nine total, a dining table to set your mimosa down during brunch on the patio, and several end tables to lay that book you're reading down while you take a dip in the pool directly in front of you. PARKING

Guests have access to two unassigned parking spaces in the open parking lot. A resort fee is required. We will charge you this fee and remit it directly to the property for your convenience.

The Commodore provides 24-hour onsite Security year-round for the safety and comfort of guests.

THE AREA

If you do want to venture away from the resort's ample supply of things to do, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park, or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park which is less than a mile away. ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

Our system sends your check-in instructions 12-24 hours ahead of your 4pm arrival time. Please be sure to complete your rental agreement for our system to send out this email. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.

Double Red Flag: Very high hazards, water is closed to the public. Stay out of the water when this flag is flying; failure to comply can result in arrest.

Single Red Flag: High hazards, including high surf and strong currents. Exercise extra caution when a single red flag is present.

Yellow Flag: Moderate surf or currents. Swimming is permitted but be cautious.
