***SWIMMING POOL***PET FRIENDLY*** Located in the quiet, beachfront “Boardwalk"" Community on Cape San Blas. This 3 bedroom 2 bath gulf view home is fully equipped with all the amenities of home. Recently updated, new flooring throughout the house has been added as well as new furniture. This great home features a Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, a screened porch with patio furniture, covered parking, and just a short walk to the pool and the beach. Guests have access to beachfront community pool with bathroom access. Bring your pets, and let the whole family enjoy.

Floor Plan: 1st Level-kitchen, dining area, living room with queen sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, DVD and stereo; Bedroom 1-king bed with TV and full bath; full bath, Bedroom 2-queen bed, TV and full bath shared with Bedroom 3-2 twin beds and TV. **Pet friendly, max quantity and type required; additional fees apply** *We LOVE Snowbirds! Liked location TERRIBLE management

Oh boy here we go. On arrival the master bedroom toilet seat was broken and old dirty stove top trays sitting on the counter👎🏻 For the first 24hrs every time we used water an ungodly stench came from the system. Long story short - we used no water for 24hrs, no showers nothing it was truly sickly we thought we needed to go stay else where. I reached out to the property manager after hours agent, I was told someone would be in contact, 4 hrs later we had heard nothing I recalled to be told someone was being sent out. Then another phone call to be told those people should not have told me that, I needed to open windows and let the water run for an hour as when pipes sit for longer then a week the smell builds up within them! NOT impressed with this at all. I spoke to Pristine Properties office after our stay explained the situation and asked for a refund on our first night stay. After a month of not hearing a response I reached back out to be told they will offer me a 10% off my next stay with them. SORRY NOT GOOD ENOUGH I do not plan to stay with Pristine Properties again after all their excuses and how they have dealt with our stay in Cape San Blas.

Significant noise issues due to multiple water pumps near property

We visit the Cape San Blas area every year and look forward to our time there. While the home itself and the location were wonderful, there was one issue we experienced which negatively impacted our vacation experience. Upon arriving, we noticed that two water pumps, one gasoline-powered and the other diesel-powered, were being run to pump water from a French drain out to the barrier dunes. The pumps were located close to the master bedroom and, the gasoline pump in particular, were very loud, making it difficult to sleep. We contacted the property management company, Pristine Properties, for assistance and they responded that they would contact maintenance. When there was no change and no response, I inquired again and was told to contact maintenance myself. I advised the staff member that it wasn’t my responsibility as a guest to coordinate with their maintenance staff. It appears that there is a drainage problem in the development and the pumps are required as a temporary measure to prevent standing water from accumulating around the home. My family and I would have appreciated being informed about this issue prior to booking. It impacted our ability to sleep and to enjoy the deck and screened in areas of the home. Though the home itself was lovely, the setting beautiful, and the location convenient, we won’t consider the home for future stays. Further, we won’t lease any property managed by Pristine Properties.

My family and I really enjoyed the Boardwalk Sandpiper house and the surrounding neighborhod.

The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was very up to date and the floor plan was very open. We were pleased that the house was in close proximity to the pool and boardwalk. About the only thing we would have changed is having a view of the Gulf.

The house, neighborhood, pool, and beach were remarkable!

Staying in Boardwalk Sandpiper on Cape San Blas was a truly relaxing vacation. We felt like we had our own private beach and pool. The shells on the beach were amazing! The house was super clean and spacious. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. The pool was always clean and never crowded. We found lots of great restaurants in Port St Joe. It was a wonderful experience!
