Nice location. Central. Amazingly friendly staff. Unfortunately there was an A/C issue during our stay, which the staff worked hard to accommodate and remedy the issue. I would stay again.

Reserve el hotel y cuando llegue me enviaron a otro hotel dizque porque los aire acondicionado estaban dañado. Lo cual me hizo mi estadia mas dificl porque al hotel que me enviaron para el transporte y la ubicación de yo hacer mis cosas era mas difícil. No me gusto ese cambio. Jamas vuelvo a reservar ahi. Uni llega cansado de un vuelo de 5 horas y pico y enviar a uno a otro hotel y el hotel que me enviaron no me gusto las paredes oscura negra horrible.

The King Suite was exceptionally spacious and thoughtfully prepared with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While the hotel itself was excellent, it was truly the staff who made this experience outstanding. Housekeeping was efficient and respectful of our privacy, conveniently servicing the room while we were out and consistently restocking supplies without ever needing reminders. The front desk team—particularly David and Edgardo—were incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. David, in particular, enhanced our experience with outstanding restaurant recommendations, assistance with reservations, car service arrangements, and patiently answering our many questions. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made a meaningful difference. The morning breakfast and Executive Lounge offered delicious food and beverages each day, adding an extra level of comfort and convenience. The pool area provided a relaxing, private spa-like atmosphere that we thoroughly enjoyed. I look forward to returning and sincerely thank the entire team for delivering exceptional service from start to finish.

My family and I stayed at Renaissance Panama City Hotel expecting a safe and enjoyable vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. While we were away at breakfast, huge amount of money was stolen from my brother’s pants inside our room. We immediately reported the incident to hotel management. Instead of properly rectifying the situation or offering a refund, we were simply moved to another room after we requested compensation. We were told there was “no evidence,” yet when we asked to see the security footage, it was never shown to us. There was no real investigation transparency or meaningful effort to resolve the matter. Safety and accountability are extremely important when traveling, and sadly, we did not feel supported or protected in this situation. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel room bathroom lighting is terrible. The towels were disgustingly dingy and the shower floor was nasty. No microwave in the room, so if you have leftovers from room service or going out to eat, there’s no way to warm the food to eat it. It’s a waste of money to buy food you can’t finish only to throw the rest away because it can’t be re-heated. The closets smelled horrible. Very dissatisfied with the room.

The room was super clean. The staff was really nice and helpful. If I had any questions they were able to answer them very quickly. Definitely recommend this hotel it’s really close to everything whether you’re walking or driving i will definitely stay here again Next time I visit Panama.

My best friend and I flew down to celebrate my birthday, and we had an amazing time! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast featured fresh fruits and delicious foods, and the property was beautifully maintained with stunning architecture and artwork. It’s also in a fantastic location near local restaurants, shops, and more. We will definitely be back!
