Located on Avenida Balboa The Sands tower it has a privileged location in the heart of the city, with easy access to some of the best places in the city, if you like to live a healthy lifestyle, Cinta Costera is just a few steps away away, this waterfront park that surrounds the Panama Bay area has a bike lane, as well as places to rent bikes throughout the park, there are dedicated areas for exercise, courts for many different sports, a park for skating and a jogging path or take a nice walk and enjoy the views, if you are interested in learning about the culture and history of Panama, Casco Viejo and the Afro-Antillean Museum are also nearby.

This lovely area is in the heart of Panama city, from here you will have easy access to walk or ride a bike anywhere. Panama city has heavy traffic in the mornings and afternoons, since its the rush hour for workers of several companies located in the same area.

From here you will have access to the main streets and freeways, as well as easy access to places of interest. We recommend the use of the App Waze to track the best possible route in the city.

This is a lovely apartment located in Avenida Balboa, one of the main streets along the coastline of Panama City; is important to mention that this area could experience some heavy traffic at peak times and many events are conducted near the building therefore you could experience some noisy moments.

Elevators were a nightmare

Room was beautiful, spotless, and the view was as expected. For me the elevators were a turn-off. Facial recognition on the elevators was lacking, so I had to get help from security every time I returned from my outings. One night,I waited 21 minutes on the "PB" (lower level) because one of the security men took the only access card to shut down access to the different floors.
