“A comfortable hotel with all the needed modern day amenities. I was particularly impressed with the pleasant nature of the staff despite a present language barrier. Brenda from the housekeeping team was truly amazing for the entire trip and made the stay even better for my travel party.
Special mention should be made of the breakfast service which was exceptional morning after morning.”

“The cleaning staff was excellent and cleaned everyday. The lights in the room were not working and the room was very dark. The ac unit was also not functional so the room was hot. I contacted front desk on this when I arrived, they promised to send a maintenance person. Day 1 no one came, complained again. Day 2 no one came, complained again. Day 3 after complaining again the maintenance person promptly came and sorted the lights. He was not able to fix the ac, said it was a fault on roof, and……
