「One of the attractions of this property was that it advertised laundry. What they don't tell you is that the laundry is not in the suite. It's on the 13th floor and it's shared by the entire building. Also, you need a payment card in order to operate the washer and dryer. And, you need to load the payment card. The website for the payment card wouldn't accept our credit card, because it was out of country, so we had to figure out how to load the card in order to do laundry. It was a bit of a...
