“Didn’t get the address for the property till the very last moment. That caused a bit of tension. -Everything felt cheap, the a/c barely worked in a 10x10 room and fell off the wall onto the bed. We were glad we weren’t asleep in it. -The siding door to the outside didn’t work. They fixed it right before we moved out. -The living room ceiling fan had two speeds slow and slower. It was pretty useless. The front desk people seemed friendly and competent. We left after a 1 1/2 days on a 3 day stay.……

“Their listing needs clarity. The property is by the water and has a beautiful front lawn. However, the property does not have a parking space for your vehicle(s). You will have to park your vehicle (if you own one) outside the gate right by the highway on the sloping shoulder of the road. The listing gives the impression that you'll be renting the whole place, but in reality you'll be renting only one house. You don't have the whole place to your self. (The owner(s) need to clarify this in……
