「This is a SCAM….this property doesn’t exist…..no signs, no board….the property which ‘presumably’ is there is run down….nowhere near the pictures shown.
I can’t believe Expedia would allow such scamsters on their web site !!!!

「What I liked was the location. But I cancelled another reservation and booked this property which I deeply regretted. The staff was so untrained in guest comfort and services. The rooms were poorly maintained. half the lights were not working. Though it was terribly cold and windy, the staff did not offer us any hot water bags. I came to know from my driver that this is a regular practice as the beds are very cold.
There was also no hot water in the bathroom even ate time that it was supposed...
「Tent was in a pathetic condition. It was torn, chains were not working properly. There was no charging point in the tent. No water supply. The food was charged separately and was poor quality. The staff was also very unprofessional and rude.」
「This property got closed and they offered us another guest house which was not upto the standards. I am not sure why they accepted the booking when they were closing out. This was totally bulshit thing and Expedia should take care of it, I should get refunded.」

I had a poor check in experience. Room was not ready despite arriving a few hours after the actual check in time.
I was not given a room key.
The resort had no WiFi, which is shocking as even smaller and cheaper homestays provide free WiFi in such remote places.
The entire resort seems like it’s still under construction.
The staff are not bothered and have no professionalism.
For the premium they charge per night, it seems to be totally not worth...
