The building from the outside didn’t look very appealing and I immediately thought you always get what you paid for. We checked in at about 8 pm and there was no one at the office but there is a sign to push door bell. This guy comes out who looked like we woke him up. The check in was very smooth. Now the finale, the room was awesome and clean. I’ll give it 4.9/5. The bed was comfortable, pillows were great, and the bathroom was clean. The room feels like it was in 5 star hotel. So folks, don’t judge the book by its cover. If you’re looking for a place to just relax and sleep, this is the place for you. Yes, there are no restaurants in the area and kind of far from the Zion National Park but like I said the rooms are awesome.

Property is older but nice and clean. Pillows are NOT comfortable, hard and thin. Manager said there were no other option, all pillows were the same. Buy pillows in Cedar City on your way up to get a good night sleep.

Very clean, great value for the price. Front desk was super helpful with last minute changes. Bed was comfortable. We were on the first floor near the lobby so occasionally we could faintly hear people ringing the doorbell for front desk help at night. Our only qualm was that there was no deadbolt on the door separate from the main lock. Overall a great place to stay for the price!

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It is a great value for the room rate. The only thing I did not care for is that the showers did not have any slip resistant clings on the floor of the tub so it a tiny bit slippery.

Very affordable but still clean. You could smell strong cleaning products when checking out. (Which I liked) and our room had a fridge and microwave both so you didn't have to throw away left overs.

Lights were extremely bright and some did not work. Shower had no anti-slip pad or material on the bottom of the shower. Bed headboard was extremely uncomfortable when we tried to sit up. It was a small, cramped room, no counter in the bathroom, only a small sink. Towels were well worn. Bedding was cheap and not warm or comfortable. Front office was not friendly. Chairs were cheap and very uncomfortable. There was no clothes closet. The main thoroughfare immediately next to the motel was extremely noisy from all the traffic.

It was nicer than it looked from the outside! Furnishings were adequate, cleaning staff was efficient. No elevator but not far to the room. Everything worked, TV, plumbing, frig and microwave. Internet was strong.

This is a very average motel. Damaged light fixtures, dull rooms over all. A basic bed and bath and noisy air handler. But, reasonable week day price. Not worth the weekend rate at all.

For the price, the lodging was great. No complaints. Just 30 minutes from the Bryce Canyon visitor center.

Very easy to find. Though the inn did not look too appealing from the outside, all amenitites were working well, the room was clean, and the service staff was very nice. Compared to other hotels in the surrounding area, the price was incredible.

The hotel was clean and felt safe. There was nothing around it, but we knew that from other reviews. It served our purpose very well. No frills, but a very adequate accommodation.
