Had a fantastic day in horse, thief, panorama, the studio we rented had all the amenities that we needed, and great support with every question being answered almost immediately. I love the convenience of being close to the chairlift.Our studio was super clean and nice

Great location

Great location . The only downside was that I could hear the people in the large condo upstairs . My kids had to be in bed early because we were there for a ski event. Looked like people upstairs had a larger group . It was as loud at 1 am as hen they came back from the bar and woke everyone up each night .

Great location condo!

This studio condo has just had some new renos. It has a wall that separates the sleeping area from the living room. Great for a family. The location is perfect with a view and wildlife. The communication with the owners is excellent. They were very accommodating..

Love Panorama!

The location of the property is awesome if you have your own ski equipment as the Toby chair is steps away. The unit was very clean and spacious considering it is a studio. The walls are thin and you do hear the neighbours upstairs. I'm sure this is true of all the units. The floor is very cold so bring some indoor shoes or slippers if you are visiting during the winter.

Proximity to the Toby chair lift is definitely a highlight of this property! The suite is PARTLY renovated - new floor, paint and dishwasher. Fridge is roomy and there is a toaster and coffee pot. Dishes and plates are lean. Nothing else in the kitchen was provided except a couple dishwasher tabs and a bit of dish soap. The neighbours were very loud. Wearing ski boots, barking dogs, and stomping around at all hours. Not sure if it is their place or if they were renters - so maybe not an issue at other times? Parking lot has a 6’6” clearance and limited spots. Street parking is tight but can be found if you do a few laps and are a decent parallel parker. Floor in the suite is very cold and there are no rugs. Slippers would have been helpful to have. The hot tub was a 2 minute walk but was pretty gross - brown scum ring all the way around. The jets only worked in 1 of the 2 tubs. Beds were comfy - definitely a studio not a one bedroom (listings were contradictory). Would recommend bringing your own pillow if you like any height to your pillow. Gondola is only an 5 min walk from the suite. Access to the upper hot pool and hot tub is available and are lovely! Restaurants were all really good - great food and service. Emails from host seemed ‘canned’ - when I emailed about an issue (x2) no response was received. All in all the room is adequate and if you’re there to ski and not hangout in the room it is a decent place to stay!

The room was clean upon arriving. The location is very nice for ski-in/ski-out. The kitchen was very well equipped for those wanting to cook. One caution is that there is a unit above and the sound of people walking or talking loud comes through and can be annoying.

The shower was unclean, dirty cloth left in it and dirty sheets left on the hidabed. Cleaning was refunded to accommodate but honestly left a terrible first impression. The master bed was terrible. Worst mattress and pillows. No pillows provided for hideabed. Throw pillows were in bad shape. Seams ripped open. 5 towels for 3 people for 3 days of showering and hot tubs. The flooring is LVP over concrete, which made is freezing to stand on or walk on. No area rugs to help with that. I would not rent this unit again.

Not the best

It was alright. The place itself was decent however there were only enough dishes per person (max 4 people in the unit, there were only four bowls). We showed up and our unit was not cleaned, couch open and slept in by the last people, etc. not enough utensils like serving spoons, etc. TV doesn't pull out from the wall so you can't attach your own fire stick or Apple TV, you have to sign in through their accounts and the universal remote isn't user friendly for all the apps.
