「The room was clean, had air conditioning, a large screen and glass door, refrigerator with cold water in it. It was well designed with features located in optimal locations. The attention to design extended to the grounds which had water features, including ponds and small swimming pool. It was located a block from the beach and numerous shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful in terms of tours. The was a restaurant on the property and a person could pay for breakfast. I was puzzled they...

「Beautiful villa! Friendly staff. Excellent food. Villa looks exactly like the photos. Our group of 7 had an amazing stay. The only issue is they prefer cash for payment (deposit and payment for food), so bring extra cash. One room's water heater didn't work and another water hose in the toilet was leaking (It is not their fault as we understand things can age). I would rate your villa 9/10 (I would give it 10/10 if you can readily accept credit card). We will definitely return!」

「Jag är super nöjd med min vistelse, alla som jobbar här är så otroligt snälla och vill göra allt för att du ska trivas. Jag har rest runt hela Thailand och bott på massor av olika hotell men detta slår de alla. Skulle rekommendera detta till alla som reser hit! 」

「All staff, whether reception, waitress, housekeeper or security, are very friendly and helpful. very very nice. Although it’s not located in prime area, it still a great hotel for me. There are some shop, local market and beach nearby. Just ask the receptionist, she is very helpful. 「One of the best hotels i ever stayed in. From our villa we had direct access to the beach, where we had full service from Lazy coconut beach bar and restaurant while we were enjoying our time on sun-beds (free of charge). And next door is a very popular beach club - Catch, where we had healthy breakfasts. Also cabanas are free for hotel guests. Hotel also had best massage. Very welcoming and professional staff. Coffee and coconut juice at the lobby are complimentary. Much recommended !!! 」

"Overall we’re pretty satisfied with our stay, room is clean and spacious, thanks for the upgrade btw 🙏. We had dinner in the ISLA restaurant, food is amazing!! Swimming pool is not crowd, very kids friendly, and it’s so close to the beach which is another reason we want to stay here. I noticed that Aroma is a pretty new hotel, so here are some suggestions for your improvement according to my personal experience: 1. The air conditioning is not responsive, room is so humid and hot when we checked in, after calling the front desk, the lady said it takes 10 mins for it to work. Well, I’m not sure it’s the settings of the Mitsubishi air-con, if so, would be nice if you can have your staff to switch on the air-con before your guest check-in the room. 2. The “Make up room” and “DND” buttons are very confusing, it’s hard to distinguish it’s on / off, you don’t expect your guests have to learn and guess is it on or not, I’d rather prefer the traditional way to put the sign on the handle instead, 100% of people should know what to do. After not having someone to clean up for 2 days, I have to call front desk again and I was being questioned did I turn the make up room light on, well, it makes me feel like I’m being blamed, not good service at all… 3. Have your engineer to check the TV remote battery regularly, it’s not really a good experience I have to call the 3rd time to the front desk to ask for battery replacement, and I have to call again after no one show up in 10 mins…"
