"The hotel is excellent. The staff were just brilliant. Check in, restaurant, housekeeping, everything was seamless! I would highly recommend this hotel. The only couple of things I will suggest are perhaps ground coffee for filter coffee. I kept getting instant coffee when I asked for filter coffee. I think as an added touch, a small bowl of fresh fruit in the rooms would be nice. It wouldn’t be a showstopper by any means. The Conrad is still a brilliant hotel!"

"It's a decent hotel especially if you are traveling with family / children. The breakfast spread is repeated, but overall nothing much to complain about. The staff is polite and courteous. Clean and non-fussy place for a short stay in Pune."

"Promptness at work and also handling of each and very individual enquiry with utmost care requirements were missing and reminders were required to be placed to get anything done. Overall a great experience but this could be improved. Luxury hotel stays aren’t the same as they were back in the nineties or early 2000. Maybe it’s just me but this is what I felt. "
