"Great property in a great location"

"Our family of 4 stayed at this beautiful cottage while visiting family for the holidays. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My husband and I have orthopedic issues so a comfortable bed is very important for us. I enjoyed the walks to the nearby canal. While it was winter, we would like to stay during the summer to enjoy their outside shower after a day at the beech and a bbq in their backyard. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous little house. Three spacious bedrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining room, living room downstairs were perfect for our family. Location is fantastic - main street is close enough to walk to, but far enough for privacy and quiet. Communication from the host was fantastic before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again (and hope we have the opportunity to do so, having fallen in love with Sag Harbor!)."

"We unfortunately had bad weather during our stay but we were cozy in this home which is spacious and conveniently located. For those with kids, there are safety gates and toys available. There’s a lot of outdoor seating and in the summer we look forward to returning to take advantage of the pool. Carter is very responsive - a terrific host!"

"We've found that fall is a great time to visit the North Fork and the property was the perfect place for relaxing. Even when the weather was bad, we had the indoor fireplace to add ambiance and then the outdoor firepit when the weather cleared up. The views are fantastic and so nice to sit outside and relax at night. Had a couple of quick questions come up but got responses very quickly and it didn't interrupt the trip. We had a great time."
