“There were cleanliness issues in the room and breakfast ended 30 minutes before the time relayed at check-in by the front desk. I have not had similar issues at this chain before. Otherwise the hotel is new and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly.”

“We had a great stay at Crossroads. However, when we checked in we had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for the room to be ready. 4pm checkin already is a little late, so waiting around another 1.5 hours not knowing when the room would be ready was a bit of a pain. It was made worse by Pippin closing at 4pm for a private event, so we basically had to sit around while we waited. They did treat us to a bottle of wine as an apology, which helped make the situation better. All in all, the amenities……

“The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats. We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations. I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company. Filthy!”

“For 3 nights and 3 days, we had no hot water whatsoever. We could not take a shower during the entire stay. It was extremely hot outside and caused us to sweat a lot, it was very uncomfortable not being able to cleann ourselves. This was supposed to be a great weekend as my wife graduated from the University of Virginia with her PhD. But we couldn't enjoy the ceremony or weekend at all because we stunk with body order and were sticky because of the sweat. The hotel called us a week before our……

“I schedule to pay upon arrival and my room was canceled they told me because the hotel was booked and I didnt have card on file however they gave me a room...the room was clean the bathroom was horrible I complained and no one came to clean..I had to put a towel in the tub just to shower...the sup came to clean bathroom and told me that they will give me accommodation that never happen..however she did say the bathroom was dirty and maintenence will be fired bc of this...my whole experience……
