「The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. We were just staying for the evening and didnt have breakfast as we wanted to get away early as we chose this place as it is close to the Centre Parcs Le Bois aux Daims we were staying at from the Monday (and wanted to get the most from pool etc there so needed a place to stay for night before and this was ideal).
