“The complex where this unit is located is in need of some extreme TLC. Once inside the unit, the unit is just ok. It was comfortable for sleeping and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchen pans are in really poor condition. The pictures make it look nicer than I felt it was. We knew it was a studio but the kitchen had no space whatsoever. There were no chairs at the pool and it was not an inviting space at all. The unit will be fine for some, but for me, it was not worth the cost……

“The Host/Owner was very nice and responded to my callS. I paid for the unit because of the 2 bathrooms. Although there is a warning from the host/owner that nothing can be done about the normal activity such as footsteps. My family did not have a peaceful night because the person's footsteps are heavy and at 1030PM and 330AM, his footsteps going back and forth with tapping sounds for several minutes woke all of us up.
