SHORT TERM STAYS: If you are looking to stay 2 to 6 nights, we will give you a better deal than what is listed. Just send us a "Contact host" message and we will make you an awesome offer!
LONG TERM STAYS: We like longer term stays, so if you choose more nights, we will give you a better offer on 16 nights or more than what you see listed. Just send us a "Contact host" message and we will make you a great offer! We also can give referrals to private, affordable car rental if you are staying for 30 nights or more.
THE AREA: The Hamakua Coast is one of the most sought-after areas to live in on the Big Island. We welcome double or single occupancy only.
THE UNIT: This unit has a private entry. This is a large premium suite with a private front entry. Entering the unit through a 3' wood door with a dead bolt lock, you will find a King Size hand carved teak bed with a "Sleep Number" mattress, two nightstands, full size couch, fancy lounger, table with two chairs, 32" Smart HDTV, Free High-Speed Hawaiian Tel, access/stream Netflix/Amazon using your account. The trade-winds keep this unit very cool especially with the many screened windows, two adjustable ceiling fans and a floor fan.
BATHROOM: The bathroom has tile floors, granite top counter, hairdryer, towels, walk-in floor to ceiling tiled shower.
PRIVATE LANAI: Front entry and side large private covered lanai area. Two chairs, small table, two loungers, settee and BBQ.
AMENITIES: Mid-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hot water maker, coffee press, coffee maker, blender, toaster, silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses, and wine decorker and many other appliances upon request.
AIR CONDITIONING OPTION: The large screen windows make this unit very comfortable with great air circulation, however air conditioning can be added to this unit for an additional $300.00 per 30 nights or $10.00 per night as per user agreement.
GAZEBO: This shared area has a BBQ, hot tub, sink for washing H/C water and a RO water dispenser for pure water to refill your water containers.
PROPERTY: Adult only, peaceful, private, and secure. Our 2.5-acre property is partially fenced and secured with auto-entry double gates. You will be provided with a transmitter to enter the property. For the safety of our traveler’s, only registered guests are allowed on the property. There are two donkeys (Jasper and Prudy) who are in their own fenced area and our dog (coconut Jake) and working cat (Miss Kitty). We have many mature tropical fruit trees growing on the farm and you are welcome to pick fruit that is in season for your own use. The hot tub open from 7am - 10pm and pool open 7am – 6pm. Open all year. Located 5 minutes from Old Hilo Town and 12 minutes from Hilo International Airport.

We live next door, so we are always available if you need help during your stay, you can call us or text us anytime day or night.
