July Holiday

Lovely holiday, James genuinely couldn't be more helpful. I'm sure location is fine in the cooler weather but unless you're used to the heat in July its too hot to walk to harbour/beach. In saying that taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced.

Lovely Pafos

James met us at 2230 and went through the appt details. He was a great host always helpful and gave good I formation. Appt was very nice and as described. Thanks again we loved it.

Fantastic location

Great host James picked us up from airport which is a bonus and we're pleased with the location of the appartment and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Not bad walk to the harbour but taxi is 10 euro if needed and good taxi service. Supermarkets just 10 minutes walk and very good. If your looking for quiet location with great pool the can't go wrong. Security regularly came round which is good to see just for peace of mind.

Excellent property

Stayed here for 5 weeks and didn’t want to come home! Excellent communication and care from James the owner. Helpful, knowledgable and felt like we’d made a good friend. Property was home from home. Good inside space and fab outside space and pool area. Will definitely be returning

Our 'Oasis of calm' during the UK Covid 19 madness

Well where do I start......Without a doubt, the most relaxing holiday ever. Well needed, as we're both essential workers and were desperate to leave the 'madness' of the UK behind. After research I picked this apartment due to the fabulous reviews left by other holidaymakers who had stayed at James' town house which is on the same complex, and I'm so pleased we did. From picking us up from the airport; taking us for our first 'big' shop, and at the end of our holiday driving us back to the airport, he was always available to answer any questions. He lives close by, but was also discreet. Its a well looked after, small complex with plenty of palms and greenery and about twenty minutes walk away from the centre of Paphos. The position of the apartment was elevated so the minute you step outside on to your huge patio you're overlooking the pool, not too close and still quite private. The apartment is not your typical rental property. It had the homely feeling with good quality fixtures and fittings. This included plenty of crockery, gorgeous white fluffy towels, and the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Ceiling fans and air con also helped. James also supplied a lovely complimentary 'welcome pack' which included fresh local bread, lots of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. So to summarise.....a gorgeous apartment with everything you need (and more) in a fab setting and the 'icing on the cake' is James who was the best host ever. He made our holiday so stress free and would have no hesitation in returning. Thank You
