  • A contemporary, stone villa, newly built, with a private pool and private parking space. Located in a quiet small village, Pomos, a very romantic area of Paphos with extraordinary natural beauty. Perfect if you like privacy in your holiday and being away from the crowds. Our brand new modern villa is at the foot of the mountain overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The sunset view from our pool terrace is breathtaking. The villa is modern with an open plan kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace. Situated on a quiet hill full of pine trees, 200m from Pomos main street and 700m from idyllic Paradise Beach. Perfect for nature lovers as it combines sea and mountain. So you can choose swimming, hiking or just relaxing by the pool and enjoy the amazing sunsets, fresh air and panoramic sea views. Ideal for those who want to avoid crowded touristic areas. Built with love as a family summer house in 2017. The villa is situated in Pomos, about 1 hour drive (65km) from Paphos International Airport and 2 hours drive from Larnaca International Airport.

Peace and Tranquillity

If you are looking for big night life and discos, move on. If you are looking for total peace and tranquillity with great views with a great villa and pool this is the place for you. Just 2 of us, more than big enough, big enough in fact for probably 6 adults at least. Its far enough away to be peaceful, near enough to amenities to keep you stocked. I would thoroughly recommend this villa and the hosts were absolutely brilliant throughout.

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans cette endroit magnifique. La maison est propre, neuve et compris tout ce que vous pouvez besoin. Son emplacement est idéale pour ceux qui aiment d’être tranquille et se reposent dans le lointain de bruit et agitation des grandes villes. Que les collines, le mer et du soleil. Parfait. Pas loin d’ici se situe un kiosk (2 km - on peut y aller par pieds) ou on peut trouver d’alimentation générale, un grand supermarché est à 15km de la place - 10 min par une voiture. Stavri est à votre disposition sur toutes les questions si besoin))) Rien à ajouter- nos recommandations fortes.

Spectacular views and gorgeous sunsets every evening. The villa was spotless and so well equipped, it had everything and more we could need. Loved the location, scramble down to the beach opposite for fab swims on your - most days - private beach! Its a 5 minute drive to Pomos harbour for a swim or snorkel. We very much hope to return soon!

Luxury Place with amazing view

Lovely villa!

Beautiful new villa. Lots of facilities and great communication throughout from Stavri (the owner). This was particularly useful when we were uncertain about the changing travel rules. I would highly recommend this villa. Thanks for a wonderful week!

La villa est exactement comme sur les photos ! La vue est exceptionnelle, les couchers de soleil absolument inoubliables ! Quant à l’accueil et la gentillesse de Stravi, du jamais vu ! Panier d’accueil incroyable et beaucoup de petites attentions très appréciables quand on arrive en avion. Nous louons depuis des années des maisons, mais c’est la première fois qu’on est aussi bien accueilli et que tous les détails ont été à ce point pensés. Mille mercis Stravi pour ces 8 jours inoubliables sur l’île de Chypre.
