“The house was great, my whole team loved it. ”

“Great location! Very clean! Plenty of space! One small note- It was easier to park on the street and use the side door rather than the front door after we initially got in (the steps were a little unstable). Will use this VRBO again!! ”

“I don't recall seeing smoke detectors or house rules. House took a long time warm up an electric fire place on the wall would have been nice along with extra blankets. Hot water took long to warm. A dresser or chifferobe would have been nice in the bedroom . I Would suggest clearer instructions to the location of the house. ”

“The house was decently clean and beds were comfy. I was disappointed, however, in the supplies provided. There was about 1/2 a roll of paper towels and 4 rolls of TP to split between the 3 bathrooms, for the week.. No salt & pepper, (although if you wanted to make something with ginger, curry or green beans, it was available!) I brought my Mom and my Aunt (both elderly) and the high-top dining room table was not a problem, however, the seats with no backs were a bit worrisome for safety……

“One of the best hosts ever! The accommodations are wonderful - clean, roomy! I was teaching an online class while there - great WiFi! Definitely our “go to” in the Omaha area! The location is great - quick access to area attractions, as well as restaurants and shopping. You will not be disappointed if you book one of Jeri’s units!!”

“The property was not as expected. Upon arrival we walked downstairs to almost fall because the bottom step was loose and popped up. I contacted the host who said someone was coming to repair it but no one came during our 4 day stay. Now the most EGREGIOUS part of our stay was the disgusting bedding. We pulled the sheets back to go to bed and there was hair in the bed, pet hair all over the comforter and when we removed it to wash it so we could go to bed the mattress cover was covered in stains……

“Plenty of room first floor and basement. Comfortable beds. I did suggest to the host that a book with info in it would be a good addition to the VRBO (wifi password, checkout info, etc.), and a few more baking dishes. We cooked in rather than going out and we had plenty of pots and pans but could have used some baking dishes and muffin pans. A Keurig was available, but if you like stronger coffee, you might need to run to a nearby coffee shop. The sofa did feel like it had a sturdy back, so we……
