「The hotel was great except we were given a room with a the view that we had paid for. At the checkout, when asked, we were told that we should have asked at the checkout in, which makes no sense. The top floors are not blocked by the shorter buildings across. The elevator buttons were also flaky. They light up after the card scanned, and then they would go off. That happened half of the time. Otherwise, a great hotel in a great location and we had a great time.」

「The room was very nice and comfortable. The room was cleaned and made up while we went for breakfast. The Hotel staff were very polite and efficient. The only problem I had was my inability to communicate in Portuguese. But I was still able to communicate. They had an abundance of a breakfast buffet on the 3rd floor.
