「Very good, modern hotel, great location not far from the Paradise beach.
This hotel is new, and although happy with the stay, the hotel needs to improve on the following:
1. No toilet paper was available.
2. No wifi. The hotel wifi did not work and the back up mobile data dongle did not work.
3. Only some of the room electric plugs worked.
4. Uber is sporadic here, drivers reluctant to accept trip 30 minutes from town. The hotel was unable to provide details of other local transport. Next...

「Good thing about the property was that it was very spacious. 2bhk flat with 2 bathrooms & balcomies.
The disappointing thing is that the advertisement on the website doesn't match the real condition of the space. Moreover, the place is poorly maintained with limited facilities provided.
They charge exorbitantly for meagre service. A very unethical practice.
I checked out after a day, although I'd booked for three」

「A perfectly charming hotel with the friendliest, most thoughtful staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were there five nights in a spacious room with beautiful appointments. The pool is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The front desk arranged a sailboat cruise for us and yoga every morning on the roof at 6:30 AM. I can’t wait to come back to this dreamy place a block from the ocean. 」

「It was a great experience. I found one of the best hotels in Pondicherry. The hotel has a large, clean swimming pool, which was very well maintained. Although the property is old, but the interiors and overall cleanliness are impressive and exceptionally well kept.
The hotel staff are polite, humble, and can communicate in Tamil, Hindi, and English, making the stay comfortable for all guests. The property also offers ample parking space and dedicated rooms for drivers, which is a thoughtful and...
