Cozy, clean, quiet, a few steps to the pool, under 200 steps to the beautiful white sandy beach, bar/restaurant on premises, friendly staff and the Host Nalini answered all questions in a timely fashion. Atlantis Casino & Resort was walking distance away & the ferry to Blue Lagoon beach was a very short taxi ride away.
Beautiful way to start the day

Relaxing Vacation

The Villa was perfect! Great pools and location. Everything we needed from the very comfortable king sized bed to the private patio near the pool with a short private walkway to the beach… we totally enjoyed our stay.

We loved the quietness and private pools and beach. Its much more relaxing than staying in a busy resort. The condo was exactly what we expected from the description.

This was a perfect place for my family of 4. The condo is small but efficient. We did not lack any needs. Hosts were VERY responsive with some small issues we had, that were out of their control (power outage overnight that affected a large area of paradise island and lighting fried the internet router). They brought a replacement router same day. Great location for all day beach people or pool bathers. Seconds walk to the beach. We used the Breeze scooters to get around the island and that was fun! We ran into Kevin, family of the owner, and he was SO WELCOMING and kind to us. We had a great time! Thanks Dee and Nalini

The pictures are much better than the actual property. Things are somewhat run down. Communication with the host was terrible. Texted about a replacement lightbulb on our first day, and never got any response at all. Cable didn’t work all week, shower pressure was non-existent. Never even met the host - she let her maid handle keys. We were told we could have an early check-in, and then that was changed the night before our stay. The saving grace is that the private beach is absolutely spectacular.

Property is as described, location is excellent. Much better option than staying at a hotel. Very clean and had all of the supplies needed for cooking meals and a blender for slushy drinks.

Amazingly quiet, we completely enjoyed our stay.

We feel fortunate to have found this place. Loved everything about it. If your looking for something busy it's a short walk. But we were more than happy to enjoy the quiet.

Great Beach front location

Our 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath, with full kitchen was everything we needed. The unit was literally 10 steps from the pool and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The restaurant and bar on site was convenient and the location of the property was within walking distiance to all the Paridise Island attractions. An 1 hour walk or 10 minute cab ride got you to downtown Nassau. We would definitely stay here again.
