"The place was beautiful very nice and clean great.. Only thing is when you check in they don’t mention anything about the parking but when you book it says there’s parking on site.. I charge you $15 for parking but on the website it says it’s $13.. It just would really help if they told you upfront."

"Nohemi made the check-in process seamless! The property was a great value for the cost, very well located, and exactly as represented online.We did not use the pool, but did take advantage of the hot tub, which was wonderful. A couple of us also played Pickleball, and enjoyed that amenity very much. The only major concerns of our group of ladies were the following:The icemaker does need to be repaired or replaced.The tablet that operates the hot tub is not user-friendly, and we needed to contact Nohemi to run it. The broken window in the front master bedroom needed to be replaced before a new group of guests arrived.The bath towels and beach towels were plentiful, but nearing the end of their appropriateness for the high-level Vrbo that is the Cholla House. While it was nice to have some bottled and canned beverages left in the refrigerators by previous guests, leaving perishable items in the refrigerators was not. With my background (B.S. in Food and Nutrition), I recommend that your cleaning team dispose of those perishable items.Those concerns are easily dealt with, and would make a small but noticeable difference. "

"Our stay was enjoyable and the listing was as described. The pool is extra to heat, so take note of that. The location is nice compared to scottsdale and other opportunities to the west. Near the freeway for quick access. It is quiet and on the end of a block facing a nice hill so it is tranquil and only a house to the south side of the house. It makes if seem more private. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Great place for larger groups. Hosted about 20 for a 40th birthday party and there was plenty of room. Back yard is as advertised, sports filled, kept us busy and not wanting to leave for our dinner reservations. Was able to text with the host during our stay and received very prompt feedback and help. All attendees were very impressed!"

"Everything was perfect for our group staying here. We had 6 families with kids traveling for a baseball trip. The boys loved the game rooms and the pool. We were also able to have a very low key team building get together for the athletes to play and swim together for a few house on one of the nights"
