「Sanma wants to be a top notch hotel. It achieves that in some areas while others are lacking. Breakfast is a highlight esp. with a small a al carte menu at the table and champagner. Staff was mixed. Some really forthcoming and some clearly disinterested. For me the main issue though is a certain lack of maintenance although maybe that is being tackled at the moment with renovations going on in the hotel. For the price, i would have expected a more well rounded package.」

「Check in 的時候櫃檯搞錯房型，Check out的時候帳單金額也錯誤，本來櫃檯人員不願更改，還好自己有把訂房的email留下來仔細找出免費項目才免除費用。再來就是房間的整潔度實在有待加強，床單枕頭套都是髒的，第二天還出現蟑螂，冷氣也必須開很久房間才會涼，實在很不Ok！而早餐及晚餐，食物的種類選擇不多，擺放也擁擠，因此拿取食物的時候整個感覺好混亂，食物也不好吃。還好唯一覺得開心的是滑水道孩子很喜歡，不過這是必須額外付費的項目！」

「I chose it mainly because it is just across the street from the Long Distance Bus Terminal, There are many other hotels/guesthouses around the Station but this one seemed to be the best (and only high-rise). The price was decent and I could just walk across the street, finding things to eat in the bus station (a lot of choice). The room is relatively spacious and comfortable. The only problem is that it is not near any tourist attractions of Foz (not walking distance). However, since the bus...
