Please note that although the villa is just 100 metres from the sea, due to the villas that have been built next to the villa, our guests now need to walk about 200 metres to get into the sea.
Villa Buena Vista is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the coast of Central Protaras, a mere 2 minutes' walk from the famous blue flag beach of Fig Tree Bay know for its crystal clear waters and white sand beach. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
