Beautiful Villa peaceful location

We loved the pool area which included the garden and sea view, nice outdoor comfortable furniture. The area was quiet but only minutes drive to shops and restaurants. The beds were really comfortable with quality bedding, everything you need for self-catering stay, well stocked kitchen with good appliances. Staff were on hand to deal with any enquiries, quickly and effectively, the toaster didn't work, a new one was delivered within an hour of reporting, impressive service. Highly recommend this company, we will definitely book again. Perhaps a few more towels, only one each for the week. Also more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets.

A lovely stay

We enjoyed two weeks in the villa. The location was perfect for us. Away from it all but close enough in a taxi to Protaras or Agia Napa . Wonderful views. Very Clean throughout. It has a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds.. Lots of space in the villa , very comfortable… Anice big TV with lots of channels in the main living area. and a tv in Each bedroom. , the cleaning team were very efficient and friendly and the local support team exceptional, really helpful and very pleasant. . The gardens were well kept, the lighting at night was so lovely and relaxing. Lovely balcony from the two main bedrooms over looking the sea. Overall a good stay The villa is a bit tired in places and needs freshening up, the decking and patio in particular which were in poor condition and uncomfortable to walk on. More pillows and bigger towels would be nice and the sun loungers could do with some soft cushions to lay on.

The "Villa" is a Ruin

Protaras Seafront Villa El Greco Kirkis Street, Greco Mare Complex, House No. 8, Paralimni 5297 The “villa” is a ruin! • On the terrace and in front of the house 10+X cats with the corresponding dirt • Various electrical equipment in the house not safe and in a disastrous condition • The main fuse blew 5X. We had to walk around the site at night to find the main fuse and turn it back on. • The shower water on the upper floor runs into the hallway • All the doors in the bathrooms are rotten and bulging from below • All drains were blocked • The refrigerator only works partially. • The cover was missing from various light switches • Terrace door at the top – The glass is in danger of breaking out of its socket • The supports of the terrace cover are partly completely rotten • Some of the outside lighting does not work • The terrace cannot be walked on barefoot because the joints are so badly washed out and the stones have sharp edges. • The supposedly new grill is rusted • Toilet seats loose • The shutter could not be closed. • Outdoor shower wooden floor only individual parts • Pool skimmer covers broken • Sunbeds torn • And much more……. • We upload images to Google for everything We rent houses around the world for vacations twice a year. We have never had a house in such poor condition in the last 15 years. I can only warn everyone to rent this house. The pictures do not match the condition. We paid 5,000 euros for 12 days.

excellent place for family stay. peaceful and enjoyable.

sea view. quite and peaceful location. breakfast with sunrise. large rooms. garden illumination. grill (on gas). cosy pool and frequent pool cleaning. my personal feeling: too soft mattress on the bed, had to get to used to it. few plumbing issues on the second floor: 1/ one shower is not switching to watering can (upper one), another showever doesn't have a proper switch/lever for an upper watering can. some doors are heavily can be closed. one lighter switch is broken on the first floor next to security alarm box. and alarm box itself fix is not stable. but, none of these actually has any weight on disliking the place therefore didn't impacted our overall stay at all. I believe one day will be fixed. the rest, looks and feels very good! thank you!

Peaceful Getaway with stunning sea views

Exceptional service, we received a warm welcome by Costas upon our arrival as well as a lovely lady who showed us some useful tips on appliances and a technician who came immediately to install better Wifi. reception. Was greeted with a lovely fruit basket and some basic food supplies in the fridge which is a really nice touch! Location is stunning and the house is in great condition with beautiful sea views!

Perfect villa, perfect location

We spent a wonderful time in El Greco Seafront Holiday Villa. Villa has everything you need for the comfortable stay. Little technical problems with some appliances at the beginning of our stay was immediately solved by managing team who was very polite and attentive. Villa is ideally located near the sandy beach (5 min walk) and rocky sea shore (2 min walk) where we were snorkeling. A lot of outside seating areas made our mornings and evenings very pleasant either for morning coffee enjoying blissful sea view or family dinner overlooking multicolored sunset sky. The bedrooms a big and comfortable. Kitchen has all appliances you may need to feed the families the days when you dont want to go out. Big cosy lounge with multichannel TV is very tastefully decorated as well as all bedrooms. We would definitely recommend this villa for people who want quality holiday!
