Villa Oscar

Had a really lovely time our only criticism is that the outdoor furniture is tired not particularly comfortable and needs an upgrade

Lovely villa - shame about the poor maintenance && dreadful management company.

The villa is potentially lovely - a good size and great location for both the beach. However, we had a number of issues which were not resolved - after the first email, they stopped replying!! The main issue was lack of cleanliness. The balcony was covered in bird poo (which had obviously been there for a while) the mattresses in the second bedroom were old, uncomfortable and stained, and the pool was only cleaned once during our 10 day stay. One of the sunbeds was broken & also one of the garden chairs. The maintenance and cleaning is clearly lacking, as is the customer service. We emailed the company initially to ask about when we would get fresh bedlinen & we’re told this would cost extra, but they would provide some as a goodwill gesture. We also asked when the pool would be cleaned - they could give us an answer. Well, I can tell you the answer is once in 10 days! I then emailed again after discovering the state of the balcony and my daughter’s mattress - and did not get a reply!! We ended up leaving early and spending a couple of nights with friends in a different villa. So, all in all, not the best experience. My advice is avoid properties managed by La Mer homes.

Kleine Insel der Erholung

Das Mietobjekt liegt in Paralimni verhältnismäßig ruhig, verglichen mit Städten wie Protaras oder Ayia Napa. Trotzdem ist alles was man braucht zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein Mietwagen ist trotzdem empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, sehr erholsam.

Perfect in every way️

Everything about this villa was faultless. The villa itself was immaculate, the location was perfect, had all amenities within a 5 minute walk. 100% relaxing week, loved it all & will be visiting again in the future. Absolutely nothing!

Perfekt start, en så ble det lekkasje i taket. Måtte flytte til ny bolig, fikk 15 min før vi ble he

I det nye huset, Villa Irina var fint, men etter en dag ble det på ny lekkasje i taket. Sikringer gikk flere ganger hver dag. Det var dager uten varmt vann. Servicepersonale kom raskt, men problemene med strøm, ble ikke løst. slik at vi kunne få vann i springen, varme i huset osv.. De to siste dagene vi var der fungerte det meste
