This Brand New contemporary villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and with a variety of bars, restaurants and shops close-by, this is great central location for getting around without the need for a car. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a perfect self-catering stay.

The villas open plan layout, combining living room, kitchen and dining area really makes the most of the space. For your enjoyment there is also a widescreen Tv with full satellite channels and free Wi-fi connection. The dining area has seating for 8 persons and the modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all appliances, as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to the landscaped garden, Bbq and pool area outside.
There is also a bathroom with a shower and Wc on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which have balconies with lovely views. The master double bedroom has a double bed plus an en-suite bathroom with a shower and Wc. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and Wc.
