The Pousada it's generally good, but in my room i didn't find any soap nor body wash, no hangers for clothes, in my friend's room there were 3 pcs of soap, but no body wash,and she had hangers. My face towel was dirty. The location and the parking were the plus.

Room was not like the photos. Not very nice and the bed was very itchy so I think there might have been bed bugs. Swimming pool was nice.

We had one of the cheapest rooms and it was a really bad experience. Mould on the walls, uncomfortable beds and yellow and black spots on all the towels and sheets. The outside area and breakfast was good, but the room itself was nasty.

Custo beneficio razoavel para trabalhar. Mas para uma viajem familiar não recomendo as televisoes não estavam funcionando e o ar condicionado desligava frequentemente

Gostei principalmente do atendimento dos funcionários, o quarto é grande, simples e confortável, o chuveiro do banheiro não esquentava muito. O destaque negativo foi o café da manhã, pouca quantidade, pouca qualidade e o café sempre frio!

Poderia ser bem melhor do que é

Achei pousada razoável, mesmo me hospedando em um quarto superior, eu esperava uma pousada 3 estrelas. Na realidade é 2. Pontos fortes: Localização próxima do Centro Histórico, comércio e restaurantes, limpeza do quarto, troca diária de toalhas, conexão do Wifi estável, a simpatia e atenção do Vitor na recepção e da Luana na limpeza do quarto e na troca da roupa de banho e de cama. O chuveiro quente é muito bom. O geladeira (frigobar) funcionava, mas não tinha um aspecto legal de conservação. Pontos fracos: Colchão um pouco duro para minha coluna, café da manhã sem variedade (os mesmos itens todos os dias, frios limitados), cheiro de urina ou de fossa ao usar o vaso (isso deve ser verificado). A porta da varanda não fechava completamente por estar emperrada.Ao chegar depois das 23:00hs não reparei na porta lateral. Fiquei quase 40 minutos na entrada da garagem fechada até localizar a porta (seria bom ter um interfone ao lado da porta da garagem. Em geral a impressão é que a pousada não recebe uma reforma há algum tempo, principalmente o banheiro. Fica a opinião construtiva. Espero que alguns pontos sejam melhorados.

Os funcionários sao super educados e simpaticos. Prestativos. Porem, nota-se que estao fazendo o possível com poucos recursos, cafe da manha com poucos itens e em pouca quantidade, itens no geral frios (cafe frio, leite frio, ovos mexidos frios), faltam reposições. As instalações carecem de manutenção corretivas para que tudo funcionem adequadamente.

Fiquei do dia 22 ao 25 de abril adorei. Quarto bem confortável, chuveiro excelente quentinho Ar funcionando, funcionários maravilhosos , limpeza 100, fiquei no quarto 24 gostei muito e pretendo voltar mas vezes e fica nesta mesma pousada! Café da manhã perfeito.

A estadia foi ótima, realmente muito próximo do centro histórico e boas opções para refeição bem próximos a pousada. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Vi alguns comentários sobre o café da manhã, e de fato é bem simples, porém sempre estavam repondo as opções, fui em feriado prolongado e mesmo com todos os quartos lotados, não houve nenhum problema. Voltaria com toda certeza

Só vale a localização.

A localização é excelente, mas cama ruim, lençóis que não cobrem o colchão, fica enrolando, travesseiros ruins, cheiro ruim, café da manhã inicia às 8 h e só tem frutas até 8:30, depois acaba tudo, muito fraco mesmo. Faltou papel higiênico no quarto. Além das coisas básicas, falta um carinho na decoração, não tem um quadro nas paredes, uma mesinha de cabeceira. Mas o atendimento é gentil e prestativo. Não voltaria, apesar da localização.

Realidade bem longe da expectativa.

Ótima localização, bons atendentes principalmente as meninas da limpeza. Fiquei decepcionada com a estrutura totalmente diferente da apresentada no site. Aspecto de abandono com pisos quebrados , mal conservação dos móveis e a piscina , um descaso . Café da manhã sem muitas opções. A responsável pelo local um absurdo; mau educada, sem um pingo de empatia com os hóspedes .

aluguei quarto superior, cheguei la, disseram q o superior nao era exatamente no andar de cima, ou seja, tem q especificar melhor, pois paguei mais caro no superior porque achava q era em cima e fiquei em baixo. e a tv é pessima, nao funcionava os canais, tinha que ficar levando a antena para todos os lados pra ve se pegava, o atendimento na recepcao foi excelente, a localizacao e otima, piscina tamanho muito bom, o cafe mais ou menos.

A localização é perfeita não precisamos do carro para nada , muito próximo ao centro de Paraty Porém o café da manhã poderia ser melhor Tanto na quantidade e variedade A foto do anúncio não condiz com a realidade A atendente chega ser grossa no atendimento. Mas a recepção é perfeita nos deu dicas de passeio, só temos a agradecer.
