“Good stay and excellent staff”

“This was our second stay at The Leela Raviz, one year after our first stay. We were equally blown away the second time by the breezy beauty of this lakefront resort and being so kindly greeted by Lenin the security guard who recognized us from our first visit! A true gem of Kerala, the resort and staff surpass others with the quality of service, cleanliness, and sheer beauty of this heritage building and property design.”

“Ocean view suite”

“Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. Although the property is located a little away from the main area, once you arrive, it feels like you're staying at almost premium resort surrounded by beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The food was decent and met our expectations. What truly made the experience special was the incredibly talented, warm, and attentive staff. Their hospitality left a lasting impression on us. Overall, the property checked every box we were looking for. We had……

“A beautiful and serene stay tucked away beside the lake, surrounded by lush greenery. 🌿 The cottage was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to slow down and soak in the peaceful surroundings. The host was sweet, polite, and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. I genuinely loved my time here and would happily come back for another relaxing getaway. “We had an unforgettable stay at Waterfront by Palmyra! We spent two nights in this peaceful, calm, and beautifully quiet property – an ideal getaway for families looking to unwind. A special shoutout to Charles and his wife for their warm hospitality and the absolutely delicious food that made our stay even more memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made us feel at home. Highly recommend this serene retreat for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.”

“The hotel is built on a hill, space is not wide but well designed. Room is nice, but sometimes the smell from the bath room spread into the bed room. Hotel location is good, only 4 minutes can reach the beach. The worst drawback is the breakfast, selection is very poor .”

“The AC wasn’t working and the shower area was getting overfl”

“It is nice”

“They didn’t provide one more bed which was metioned in the app. The geyser was not working the entire stay. ”

“Clean rooms, very helpful staff”

“It looks like a 5 star resort the room is so clean and location is just 10 min walk to the beach”
