The hotel was modern and clean.
There's tram to link the hotel from the city center and the stop is juz outside the hotel, so it's convenient. However, the journey is a bit long. It takes about 40 mins to travel from the hotel to city center.”

“The service is excellent!! the receptionists are very helpful!! However the location is very difficult to go. I arrived milan by bus, but I didn't know how to reach the hotel by bus, at the end I had to walk to the hotel with my heavy suitcase for 30 mins. the hotel can be reached by bus 69 and tram 14, but thats it. It is quite far from the centre as well which take at least 25 mins by tram. Tram comes every 10 mins.”

“The room was very small. It reminded me of a tiny room in New York. There was hardly anywhere to put luggage and toiletries.
I could just barely roll my luggage between the bed and the wall. It was a tight squeeze. We also weren’t in a very nice area…we had a homeless lady approach us just outside the hotel doors and followed us inside insisting she see our documents (which would never happen). The receptionist was great.”
