“This place is amazing .
From airport you can take trenula train to Rome traverse and then walk across street to take tram to Belli and it’s literally a 3-5 minute walk to the door . Cost for transport is 9.50 euros . Not that hard with roll suitcases . The place comes alive at night and walkable to all main restaurants and nightlife . Breakfast on deck was amazing . The complimentary wine was amazing . To get to main tourists sites like Trevi fountain the tram takes u there less than 10……

“This was a very unique and private property. The entrance was unsuspecting but easy to find. Once you went up the elevator and entered the guest services desk we were warmly welcomed. The room was very clean and the bed and linens very comfortable. We could not hear any street noise and had a pretty city view. ”

“Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass.
I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect.
Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask.
Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins……

“Our room was very clean and quiet. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest, but still better than we have experienced in some other hotels.
What we appreciated most was that the team allowed us to keep our bags in their office for the entire day, even after we had checked out. Our check out was at 10:30 am, but they allowed us to store our bags in their office until 6pm since we had a coliseum tour and wouldn’t be able to bring our bags with. This was free of charge too! ”

"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
