"Exceeded expectations for the location. Noise from the busy streets was biggest downfall, but expected being so close to train station. Fantastic selection of breakfast foods. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Small shower in one of the rooms. Larger in the other room. We had two rooms for a family trip. Elevator was a pleasant surprise also. "
"I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar.
Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous.
Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere."
"The owners were amazingly gracious and helpful in helping source excursions to Ischia. And Pompeii. They have over 20 years of local connections, resources and helpful advice! We will return when next in Napoli or area."
"We stayed for two nights. We woke up early for an excursion, but grabbed complimentary breakfast on the way out and it was perfect for a quick bite as we headed out.
Our room was the perfect size for our family of four. We had a tempur pedic king size bed with a pull-out sofa that the kids used. Our room was facing the courtyard and you could hear the patrons of the restaurant, but it wasn't too loud. There is a mini fridge in the room stocked with water. We had plenty of towels and they were changed out each day.
This location was perfect for our trip. We were busy both days so we did not spend a lot of time in our room, but we did walk to nearby restaurants for pizza, cafe, and snacks. There is a great view of the sea from the rootop where you can lounge as well. Everything was clean, sage and had a wonderful Italian vibe."
