Fantastic family friendly villa

Lovely villa in a great location. Great pool and area for the children to play, along with outdoor dining area, BBQ and wood fired oven. The washing machine broke and the property manager was quick to get it fixed. The steam room didn't work which was disappointing as there was no hot tub.

Lovely holiday home

Perfect size for 9 people. Good facilities within the property and enough space for 2 families. We encountered a couple of problems but generally dealt with quickly for example 2 wasps nest were dealt very quickly. Slightly frustrating that air conditioning in 2 of the rooms stopped working and we were without for the last 2 nights and engineer appeared to be unable to fix the problem.

Gostámos basicamente de toda a casa/jardim, do seu conforto e da sua situação geográfica. Com um óptimo quarto adaptado para mobilidade reduzida, tal como nos tinha sido dito. O melhor elogio que podemos prestar é dizer que reservamos esta casa através da Distinctive Portugal repetidamente nos últimos anos e continuaremos a fazê-lo. É casa e o local são lindíssimos, não faltou nada para uma semana tranquila de férias em família. Para além disso, a equipa da Distinctive Portugal é excecional e há um apoio/suporte permanente desde a consulta de reserva até depois do check out. Há apenas a apontar o facto do banho turco da casa estar avariado.

Très belle villa mais beaucoup de déception pour les équipements.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa bien équipée et des extérieurs bien entretenus, le linge et la literie sont de bonne qualité. Cependant, il faut savoir que la piscine n'est pas chauffée automatiquement mais chauffable avec un supplément de 250 euros ! Le hammam ne fonctionnait pas, malgré l'intervention de l'agence celui-ci n'a jamais été réparé. Sans oublié d'autres petits désagréments tels que la télévision que nous n'avons jamais réussi à faire fonctionner correctement, la wifi ne fonctionnant qu'à l'extérieur de la villa via un boîtier, la hotte aspirante qui n'a jamais fonctionné, etc...
