房間清潔。酒店很接近地鐵站，酒店附近有不少食肆和商店，非常方便。 酒店職員很友善，解答和解決所有問題。

the hotel is standard, breakfast is great, water temperature in the shower varies dramatically and makes showers very uncomfortable, the bed is substandard and there are vagrants in tents at the door....

Zimmerservice verbesserungswürdig, Zimmer könnten sauberer sein, mal kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt, mal nur 1 Handtuch für 2 Personen. Wassertemperatur beim Duschen schwankt von kalt zu kochend heiß - gefährlich, Verbrühungsgefahr! Personal beim Frühstück sehr unaufmerksam, am Buffet ist oft vieles leer, wird sehr schleppend oder erst auf Nachfrage nachgefüllt. Teller und Besteck oftmals nicht sauber. Die Qualität der Speisen selbst ist gut, die Auswahl wäre groß genug.... Personal an der Rezeption außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, Lage des Hotels gut, man ist schnell an der Metrostation und Bushaltestellen. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir können das Hotel nur eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, würden es nicht nochmal buchen.

Exceeded expectations
Well connected, on the metro line. Good breakfast selection. Clean, spacious rooms. Fridge included. The staff were so lovely and agreed to leave a birthday surprise for my mom in the room. The only negative for me is that the mattress could have been more comfortable, but even at that, it was fine. Overall, I would absolutely stay again.

Si potrebbe fare di meglio….
Hotel a Montmartre, ma con un servizio e attenzione al cliente che potrebbe decisamente migliorare, non sicuramente da 4 stelle. Abbiamo segnalato asciugamani con capelli e materiale per le pulizie dimenticato in due delle tre camere da noi prenotate, ma per tutto il tempo del soggiorno nessuno ci ha risposto e il materiale per le pulizie che era stato dimenticato in una camera il primo giorno, è rimasto in camera fino al nostro ultimo giorno. Quindi attenzione al cliente assolutamente da migliorare. 30 minuti per fare il check in, la colazione però era ottima. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti.

The amenities are basic, the service is exceptional! Every person we interacted with, was polite and helpful and ready to go above and beyond. Our daughter fell sick while in Paris, and the hotel went beyond in making us feel comfortable, and even arranged a doctor for us. Highly recommend!

Il check in é stato un po’ difficoltoso. La stanza non era ancora pulita. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare per la riassegnazione di un’altra stanza che però aveva un letto matrimoniale. A noi è andato bene lo stesso. Il cambio stanza è stato favorevole e il personale gentilissimo.

Petit déjeuner divin et très bon service
Séjour très bien passé. À 2 pas des salles de concert du Sullivan et la Machine du Moulin Rouge. Le choix au petit déjeuner est incroyable et digne des meilleurs brunchs de Paris. Mention spéciale pour l'équipe qui a retrouvé notre téléphone oublié et nous l'a mis de côté.

Lovely hotel
Good location only a small journey on the metro to Monmatre which is lovely. Staff friendly, clean rooms, nice room products. Lovely big beds.

Good value Hotel for Paris
Good value hotel for Paris and for visiting Montmatre are of Paris. Hotel maybe a little outdated in furniture but it was comfortable and clean. Hotel staff very helándoos polite. They looked after our bags as we had an evening flight. Bars and restaurants nearby and also metro stop close by.
