Great location, some investment needed

The property is pretty cool for five to six people, the location within Paris is pretty relaxed - not super-central, but you get everywhere quickly. Kitchen appliances and equipment are scarce, the dishwasher needs replacement urgently. As such, don't plan on many meals inside. The agency is quick to react, but they could clean the windows a little more often.

Ample sized apartment

Size was great for a family. Host was detailed in communicating the process of how to find and get into the property. The unit is in need of some repairs and gets extremely hot. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night since it is has ground level windows. Many fans were provided though. Decent place to stay if you need extra room while staying in Paris.

well-located flat in 15ième, moderately clean, equipment only moderately well maintained

The flat has 3 bedrooms but only 2 of them have windows - a fact, which is not visible in the description. The equipment is OK (washing machine, dryer, dish washer, oven, microwave) but the dish washer is old and not well functioning. The toilets are clearly old and one cistern missed the button plate. the furniture in total is basic and of cheapest quality. The cleanliness is moderate - eg dirt behind the doors, cobwebs on walls, the windows urgently needed washing. The location of the flat is phantastic, though.
