As soon as you arrive, the Urban Flat in Paris team provides you with standard Afnor masks, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel, disinfectant wipes and soap.



Allow yourself a moment of leisure in this relaxed atmosphere apartment. Up to 8 people, all the family will enjoy a short or long stay. With many storages, an open kitchen to the living room with 2 large sofas, where you’ll be sharing some nice meals and moments, this apartment will make you feel right at home. Before getting comfortable in front a good French movie, take a long deep breath on the balcony! After a long day of shopping or sightseeing the two bedrooms will definitely help you to regain your energy.

This apartment is located in one of the most appreciated of the city. Surrounded by shops, countless restaurants, and museums you will not want to lose a second. If you want to change neighborhood, it’s easy! Just hop on the subway or rent a bike!

Not an ideal VRBO experience

Was not able to stay at "18 - Urban Luxury Parisian Home in Montorgueil" due to a leak and wasn't notified until I was on my flight into Paris. The 3rd party vendor that manages these homes Urban Flats in Paris was nice enough to offer an "upgraded" unit in return. The "upgraded" property had mold, dirty floors, hair on the bedsheets, stained table, water damage on the walls, and was unbearably cold with nothing but space heaters to keep you warm. After reading some reviews it seems we might have been victim of the old bait and switch. I can't confirm that. We left the "upgraded" unit in better shape then what we found it in.Shared the above with VRBO, including pictures and was told there was nothing they could do to help or help make things right. This was very disappointing considering considering my experience.
