Comfortable room and bed. lots of things need attention, The strings holding the drapes and strings hanging down from the chairs need attention. moldy smell under the sink and the need for paint and the stained grout needs bleach.We had to purchase Toilet paper because there was not enough for our 5 days.Loved the Natural History location.

Je n'ai jamais rencontré un service client aussi peu éducqué et disponible. La facture fournie ne contient pas les données nécessaires et elle ne me sera pas remboursée par mon université. Le service client a refusé de la corriger, malgré le fait que j'aie clairement indiqué lors de la réservation le type de facture dont j'avais besoin. Une rigidité incompréhensible . Dommage, l'endroit pourrait être correcte, mais la gestion clients est inacceptable. Dommage car l'endroit est joli. Globalement, une choice à eviter.
