Ideal accommodation for a family! Large modern flat of 90 m2 refurbished in an industrial style facing south-east, with a large corner balcony without opposite. It is located on the 3rd floor of a recent secure luxury residence, overlooking a very quiet street, 5 minutes walk from Paris and 3 minutes from the Mairie des Lilas metro station. It includes: 1 large living room with open kitchen and glass roof opening onto a 17m2 corner balcony + 1 sleeping area in the living room (which can be closed with a sliding door and blinds) + 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has a balcony and a piano (Yamaha) + 1 bathroom with double washbasin / large shower / WC + 1 WC. 2 out of 3 mattresses are memory foam (one is 100% and the other is partially memory foam). Very bright, the flat is located in a quiet area close to everything: on foot, it is 2 minutes from the Mairie des Lilas metro station (Line 11), shops, a riding school, a public garden and a church, 3 minutes from the covered market and a theatre-cinema (le garde Chasse), and 6 minutes from a second cinema and two swimming pools (Mulinghausen and George Vallerey, under construction). By metro, it is 10 minutes from the Jourdain/Belleville district, 15 minutes from République, 20 minutes from Gare du Nord / Chatelet / Père Lachaise, 25 minutes from the Louvre / Philharmonie / Cité de la musique / Villette / canal de l'Ourq, and 30 minutes from the Gare de Lyon / Saint Michel / Champs Élysées Within a 6 minute walk, there is also the tramway (T3b) and 3 buses that go into the centre of Paris: the 48 (to Palais Royal), the 20 (Opéra, Galeries Lafayette, Gare Saint Lazare) and the 64 (Père Lachaise, Bercy). Across the street is the Triton, a famous jazz club. The area is very quiet, village style, on Sundays you can even hear the church bells !

Lovely!
Wonderful apartment. Sandrine was a excellent host! She checked in several times throughout the stay. The apartment is located near bus, streetcar, and metro stops, as well as grocery stores, an excellent viennoiserie, and TWO chocolate shops. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, excellent shower, and a great neighborhood. I hope to visit again!

Spacious and comfortable
Sandrine's apartment is spacious and bright with comfortable beds and everything we needed to make the occasional meal and accommodate our family of 5. The Les Lilas neighbourhood has butchers, grocers, bakeries, cheese store and wine stores all within a 2 two 5 minute walk. We enjoyed being in a quiet neighbourhood away from the busy tourist centre at the end of the daybut with easy access to the downtown by metro. Perfect stay in a convenient location
Sandrine was there to welcome us to her beautiful flat, very conveniently located close to the metro which we used to travel all over Paris to get to all the Olympic events. The flat was very clean and tidy, with plenty of space for the four of us (including two teenagers).
We had regular communication with Sandrine during our stay to check all was well. The flat was very well equipped with comfortable beds and we enjoyed using the outside terrace as the weather was good.
I'd highly recommend staying here and we would certainly stay again if we return to Paris at another time.

Superb property and great location
The property is very well presented and fantastically located for Paris which is only a short metro ride away! Sandrine was a great host, who greeted us on arrival and communicated throughout. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the local area and the metro stop is only 2 minutes away from the apartment. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Paris.

Perfect Stay in Paris
4 nights in this beautiful spacious comfortable apartment on the edge of Paris. All essentials were provided. 2 minutes from metro, which took 10 minutes to get to centre of Paris, supermarkets and all essential shops. Communication was perfect with Sandrine. She was so thorough on her greeting she just checked in with us once during our stay after that to make sure all was ok. Our only disappointment was that we didn't get to use the balcony as it rained a lot. We'll just have to stay there again in the summer. Thanks again Sandrine.

Die Wohnung von Sandrine hat perfekt unseren Bedürfnissen entsprochen. Nach einem jeweils strengen Tag in Paris, haben wir uns immer auf diese saubere, gepflegte Wohnung mit einem wohnlichen Ambiente gefreut.
Die nähere Umgebung bietet alles was man braucht und das Stadtzentrum ist gut erreichbar (Metro sehr nahe).

Perfect Paris Getaway
The apartment is superb. Very large and spacious and the balconies add immensely to the enjoyment of a true Paris apartment where one can sip wine and enjoy the evening.
Sandrine is a true host providing lots of info and easy and timely communication.
Completely equipped unit where one wants for nothing.
Everything one needs is with a 5 minute walk. Groceries,
Bakery, cheese shops and the metro is a mere 2 minute walk away and connects directly to Main hub downtown.
Thank you Sandrine for sharing your apartment.
Would rent again anytime we are in Paris

Wonderful
We loved Sandrine’s home, metro stop two minutes walk takes you right to the heart of Paris in 10 minutes but the neighborhood is quiet and not filled with tourists, but with shops and stores all you need from a food perspective is close at hand 😊 spacious and filled with light and plants, this is not a generic vrbo, it is a home away from home, well equipped, good beds and linens. Sandrine was lovely and responsive! We loved our stay here!! Thank you Sandrine!

Wonderful Stay in Les Lilas Apartment
Our family of four, including two teenagers, spent three nights in this Les Lilas apartment. Clelia and Sandrine were excellent hosts, maintaining great communication. My experience was superb, meeting all expectations.
Highlights:
Parisian Ambiance: The apartment's decor enhanced the Paris experience, creating a wonderful ambiance.
Ideal Location: Situated away from touristy areas, it's a short 5-minute walk to the metro, granting easy access to major attractions.
Local Convenience: Three nearby markets within a 5-minute radius added to the convenience.
Minor Suggestion:
Bed Configuration: Adding a queen bed to one bedroom would be an improvement (I am 6'2 :-P!).
Notable Points:
Washer Available: Laundry facility present.
Drying Solution: Clothes can be air-dried in the bathroom, a minor inconvenience.
Overall, a truly amazing and comforting stay. The apartment's charm, convenient location, and attentive hosts, Clelia and Sandrine, make it an easy choice for future visits. I'd definitely book it again without hesitation.

Great apartment close to the city centre of Paris
We had a very good time at the apartment. It is beautifully furnished, very well equipped and in a nice neighborhood very close to restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. You can reach the city centre of Paris by metro within 15 minutes (the apartment is only two minutes away from the next station). The owner is very friendly, the communication with her was nice and uncomplicated. I highly recommend a stay here.

Very friendly and comfortable stay in the outskirts of Paris
Sandrine was an excellent host who prepared a lot of information and was very welcoming. She showed us everything and even contacted us during our stay, to see if everything was working out fine. The apartment is great, friendly, very proper and really comfortable, in a very dynamic neighborhood. Metro and shops are nearby, also a market - everything you could think of. We felt very welcome and comfortable there. We were also surprised, that there was soap, enough toilet paper, washing liquid and detergent for the dishwasher and the washing machine. That's definitely more than we are used to while staying vacation homes.

Cozy flat with an amazing host
Our hostess Sandrine was amazing. She had maps and pamphlets of recommendations of places to eat see and do in and around Paris. The M 11 underground is very short walking distance. Her flat was beyond our expectations. Kept very clean, beds were comfortable and had all necessary kitchen items if you wanted to cook. The outside balconies were a great place to sit out at night and relax after a long day of sight seeing. This is the place If you're looking for a flat just outside Paris. Thank you Sandrine

Alles sehr schön eingerichtet

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin.
Tolle moderne Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Ein absolutes Plus für uns als 5-köpfige Familie waren die beiden Toiletten (Bad- und Gäste-WC).
Keine 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Metro bzw. zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten .

Definitiv eine Empfehlungen
Eine Ecke von Paris, die voller Charme ist und von der man in kürzester Zeit mit der Metro an allen bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten ist. Zu Fuß kann man von dort auch tolle Parks und nette Ecken erkunden.
Eine sehr sehr nette Vermietern, sehr hilfsbereit und geduldig, mit tollen Tipps und Kommunikation. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern: Viel Platz, ruhig gelegen, alles da, was man braucht, sauber! Alles läd zum verweilen ein!! Wir kommen wieder!

Moderne, spacieux, pratique
Appartement conforme à l'annonce, moderne (top, la verrière d'atelier), spacieux avec 2 belles chambres + un troisième espace pour dormir bien séparé du salon avec des parois coulissantes, et, surtout, un espace visuel "dégagé", que ce soit avec les nombreux balcons ou avec les rues autour "ouvertes à la vue" (pas de grandes façades en vis-à-vis). Propriétaire avenante et disponible. Quartier idéal: tout est vraiment à 2mn à pied: métro, café, supérette, boulangerie, resto ... Seul "manque": un petit mode d'emploi de l'appartement (fonctionnement des télécommandes, trouver la machine à café...); mais c'était la 1ère location et la propriétaire n'avait pas encore eu le temps de le faire. Bref, un agréable séjour en famille.
