A beautiful apartment of 45 sqm located on Avenue Pierre 1er de Serbie, in the 16th arrondissement of Paris.

Very nice design, fully equipped with A/C in every room. You will have a bright and charming living room, with a very comfy double sleeping sofa, you will also enjoy the fully equipped open-kitchen and the dining area for 4 people.
You will appreciate the contemporary setting and elegant furniture as well as moments of joy and sharing.


In a very quiet bedroom you will appreciate a high quality king size bed. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a very nice walk-in shower and a separated toilet.


This apartment has state-of-the-art technology with an internet-connected TV and super-fast Wi-Fi.

The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood with great restaurants, shopping and a short 15 minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower. It has all the amenities you’ll need for your stay. The king bed is perfect place to relax after a long day of site seeing. There is a small grocery store within two blocks to pick up any essential needs (wine, cheese, coffee). When in Paris this a great place to stay!
